The Epsilon Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is proud to partner with The Women In Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN) in WEEN for Haiti: A Water & Aid Collection Event taking place on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 5-11 p.m. at Katra Lounge (217 Bowery Street) in New York City. All proceeds and water collected will go directly to Wyclef Jean’s Yele Haiti foundation & Doctors without Borders, the recipient of a Nobel Peace Prize in 1999.

HoneyMag.com (www.honeymag.com), the 2FiftySevenGroup, Lauren Lake Enterprises (www.laurenlake.com) , Grae Enterprises (www.graeenterprise.com) and Beanpye (www.beanpye.com) are additional partnering companies that support WEEN’s global initiative to unify the world one step at a time. In addition, Katra Lounge has graciously agreed to offer 10% of all bar profits to WEEN for Haiti.

Recognizing the state of the U.S. economy, WEEN encourages contributions big or small. Regardless, all are encouraged to attend this important event and contribute at least two gallons of water and the financial contribution they are able to for entry.
